Ready-to-use second generation high titer lentiviral particles (5x10e7 U/ML). The virus encodes the firefly luciferase (Luc2) cDNA under control of the UbC promoter. The puromycin resistance gene is linked via a T2A cleavage peptide.

The lentiviral vector is a VSV.G-pseudotyped HIV-1-based lentiviral vector that is capable of transducing a broad range of cell types and species. The UbC promoter drives high constitutive expression in most cell types, and works very well in animal models.
