D-Aminoluciferin Potassium Salt, 1g
Amino analog of the D-luciferin substrate is widely used for the development of luminescent protease substrates, including metalloproteases, chymotrypsin-like, trypsin-like, and caspase-like proteases (O'Brien et al., 2008). We offer several D-aminoluciferin-based luminescent protease reagents. They include bioluminescent substrates for caspase 3/7, a marker of apoptosis, and a substrate for a dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4), a widely expressed enzyme cleaving proteins containing a position 2 alanine or proline. Please see the description of our bioluminescent substrates for more information.
